A college dropout due to financial hardships, Mike became a father to his eldest child at the age of 20. Because of this, he was forced to work to support his young family. He started doing whatever job he could, offering memberships and credit cards through telemarketing on a commission-based salary. This went on for a while but he eventually had to give it up when his commission can no longer support the needs of his growing family. He opened a small business, selling street foods near the apartment of his mother in law where they were then staying to pay their cut of the living expenses. The business started off good but remained stagnant until it was again no longer enough to support their needs. He then again tried to apply for work and this time, he found something where he can do what he loves doing, singing. He became a promodizer of WOW Magic Sing, positioned as a reliever in various malls.

In April 2008, he was invited to join a network marketing company named Global Fusion. Armed with diligence and the desire to succeed, he captured the heart of his very first mentor. He did everything he was told, attended trainings, educated himself with self-help books, all while doing his networking. He earned a significant amount of money, but his hopes were shattered when the company faced a major crisis that led to its closure. Picking up the pieces, he then tried to look for another opportunity with a different company. This time, he made sure to apply what he had learned. Because of his experience and learnings from his previous company, doors were opened for him to grow his network abroad. He was sent to Africa and Papua New Guinea to build his network and establish his career. Things were going well, but due to his spiritual beliefs, he decided to go home to be with his family. This decision caused his network to falter until it eventually died, and he was only able to support his family by selling products. Due to this Mike and his family found themselves deep in debt. Their bills piled up, and debts from his friends and colleagues grew bigger and bigger. At that point, he was starting to lose hope. But because of his faith, he prayed for wisdom and opportunity. He fought his battle on his knees.

May of 2019 an opportunity knocked. With nothing to lose, he tried his luck again. But this time, with wisdom from God and experience. With his knowledge and continuous growth, he climbed the ladder and became one of the most influential leaders of the company. From no one to someone, from the bottom to one of the company’s elite in just 3 years. He managed to pay off his debts and acquired assets. Now, he is determined to pass on the legacy, to pay it forward. He wants to train people and lead them to a life of abundance, helping turn their dreams into reality. He strongly believes that as long as a person keeps growing, learning, and improving, nothing is impossible. He is determined to help the young entrepreneurs to succeed and to never give up on their dreams, to keep their faith and hopes alive. “If I can, so can you” is what he always tells his students. And like his favorite quote: “People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care”, he started his mentoring program. He wants to make a difference by positively impacting the lives of the students he mentors. He wants to build strong, independent, and prosperous leaders and dedicates his work to achieving that goal, all for the glory of God.
